Business Model Development for Temporary Home Renovation Consultancy Centres: Experiences from European Pop-Ups

Local authorities (LAs) play an essential role in diffusing home energy renovation measures. However, there are rare business models developed for local authority actions. This paper aims to develop a critical review of the way that pop-up centres where consultants can encourage From 2017 2021, participatory research was conducted collaboration with seven LAs from UK, France, Belgium, and Netherlands. Although could use model approaches development consultancy centres, we noticed not apply specific strategies fit various customer segment groups. Therefore, traditional needs be investigated further activities.
